About Belavista Coliving

Belavista Coliving is a family-run coliving in the East Algarve, between Olhão and Fuseta, designed for digital nomads, remote workers and kite nomads. The property has been in the family since 1942; Sara reimagined it in 2019 and has focused on the digital nomad community since 2020, hosting guests with her mother Margarida. The place: • Four bedrooms for community living, plus a cosy one-bedroom flat and a two-bedroom house, available by the room or as a whole • A dedicated coworking space with tables, monitors and office chairs, fast Wi-Fi, and outdoor tables to work from the garden or by the pool • A pool, a fully equipped gym and a wooden yoga shala in the garden with sea views • Outdoor dining and community spaces, forest walks and organic fruit trees on site • Secure storage for kites, surf gear and bikes, with an outdoor rinse area • An indoor projector for cinema nights Community: shared dinners, local experiences and nature adventures along the Ria Formosa. During the wind season, from April to October, Sara takes guests to the best kite spots. Location: sea and mountain views, 25 minutes from Faro Airport. Kayak and SUP 5 minutes from the house, surf spots 20 minutes away and the Ecovia coastal cycling path a 5-minute ride away.
