La Cocotera is a coliving and coworking community in the heart of Tarifa, at the southernmost point of Europe. A former family home has been turned into a place where digital nomads and remote workers live, work and meet, with views of Africa and the old town, a few metres from the beach. The house: • Single, double and shared rooms, with shared bathrooms • A fully equipped shared kitchen, a dining room, an entrance hall and a rooftop terrace with views of Tarifa and Africa • Two workspaces with high-speed internet, office chairs, standing desks, external monitors and a printer • Wifi in all rooms, in the common areas and on the roof terrace Community: • The monthly pass includes at least one community activity each week: skill exchanges, talks, excursions or masterminds • A community dinner once a month • A welcome session to choose between yoga or breathwork Location: in the historic centre of Tarifa, a 5-minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the harbour, with surf and kitesurf spots and hikes nearby. Minimum stay of one week (7 nights) from October to May.
