The fourteen proposals from the participating restaurants are as follows: * El Camello presents a chicken shawarma croquette. * Grupo Montoro offers an oxtail croquette with jalapeño, lime, and toasted sesame emulsion. * La Taberna del Gourmet features an Iberian cooked ham croquette with burrata stracciatella and sun-dried tomato tartare. * Samana introduces “La Kimcheta” croquette. * Ditaly serves a boletus risotto croquette with truffle. * De Pizzeo presents “La Tentazione” croquette. * Cheos offers a teriyaki chicken croquette. * Distópico features the “Smoky Pulled” croquette. * La Favorita serves a carbonara croquette. * Donde Nakiss presents a truffle “temptation” croquette. * Brasad’or offers a cured aged beef (cecina) croquette. * Vicbros serves the “Umami Txuletballs” croquette. * Santabar presents a rotisserie-style chicken croquette. * Da Nené offers a ricotta and ’nduja croquette.
