Join us for a scenic hike along the PR-CV 255 trail in Hondón de los Frailes, Alicante. This circular route is around 12 km long, with approximately 250 m of elevation gain. Along the way, we’ll enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and make a short detour to visit the Cave of Jaime el Barbudo, named after the famous 19th-century bandit who became a local legend. 📍 Distance: ~12 km ⏱️ Duration: around 3–3.5 hours 🥾 Difficulty: Easy–moderate ⛰️ Elevation gain: ~250 m 🔄 Circular route Bring comfortable hiking shoes, water and some snacks. A nice opportunity to spend a few hours outdoors, discover a lesser-known part of Alicante and meet new people along the way!
