Child Safety and CSAE Policy

Last updated: May 4, 2025

NomadWay is a mobile application and online platform strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We are committed to protecting all individuals — especially minors — from any form of sexual exploitation or abuse. While our app is not designed for or directed to children, we uphold the highest standards for detecting, preventing, and reporting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE).

Prohibited Content

NomadWay explicitly prohibits any content or behavior that involves:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Grooming or attempts to exploit or endanger minors
  • Any form of sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors

Reporting Mechanisms

If you encounter any content or user behavior that raises concern regarding child safety or exploitation, you can report it directly via:

  • Our in-app reporting feature (tap on the 3-dot menu of a post or user)
  • Email: [email protected]

All reports are reviewed promptly by our team. We take swift action which may include removing content, banning users, and reporting incidents to relevant legal authorities and child protection organizations.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If necessary, we will share information with national and international law enforcement agencies to assist in investigations and prosecution of CSAE offenses.
